ADSL Agreement

Gama Electronics and User sign the Annex to the ADSL Agreement for Companies or Annex to the ADSL Agreement for Individuals, which is an integral part of the Agreement for Provision of ADSL Services, applicable to all users (click here to download the User Agreement ).

• Annex to the Agreement (Legal Entities)
• Annex to the Agreement (Natural Persons)

If you wish to pay the special discount price for 6 or 12 months in advance, you should submit signed Annex to the ADSL Agreement with the additional Annex for Advance Payment attached:

• Annex to the Agreement – Advance Payment (Legal Entities)
• Annex to the Agreement – Advance Payment (Natural Persons)

Starting June 15, 2006, users that sign the Annex to ADSL Agreement may use the equipment (splitter and modem/router) free of charge, provided that they submit:

• Original or photocopy of ID card and latest paid phone bill for the telephone number used for the ADSL service (natural persons)
• Photocopy of the registration certificate from the Business Register and tax identification number (VAT) (legal entities)
