Substitute numbering 042 in 072 for dial up service

According to the decision RATEL, substitute numbering 042 in 072 will be made in the period from 01.02.2012 to 30.04.2012. From 01.05.2012. the function remains the only numbering 072.
The numbering is used for dial up service (prepaid and postpaid).
Replacement is done so that non-geographic code 042 changes to the 072, while the number remains the same. Parallel operation of  both the numbering will start 01.02.2012. and will run until 30.04.2012. From 01.05.2012. the function remains the only numbering 072.
