E-TopUp via SMS

BITS*YU Net allows you to make electronic refills via SMS.

Send a message to 6266 from any network (VIP – 060/061, Telenor – 062/063, MTS – 064/065).

Or, send a message to 5454 from Telenor (062/063) and MTS (064/065) networks.

To make an electronic payment for your dial-up service, send a message to either 6266 or 5454 (Note: Leave out the network prefix '06x') with the following text:

Your cell phone company will charge you accordingly.

• MTS: 120.60 RSD
• Telenor: 121.54 RSD
• VIP: 118.00 RSD

Note: Prices are VAT inclusive.

Fee includes 10 hours of Internet access, or 20 hours of Internet access in discount hours (you are charged at the 50% discount rate). Within three minutes, you will receive an automatic notification of payment received.

Prepaid users should have enough funds on their prepaid accounts, otherwise the transaction will be denied.

Note:

Every time you make a payment, check if the selected number of hours have been added to your account.

Submit your complaints at prodaja@beograd.com with the following information included:

• The number you sent a message to (6266 or 5454)
• The username under which you made a transaction
• You telephone number (i.e., the number the message was sent from)
• Date and time of sending
